Sillans-la-Cascade

Sillans est réputé pour sa superbe cascade qui coule en contrebas du village. Depuis le belvédère aménagé, le spectacle est magnifique. Le village, enfoui dans la verdure, a conservé les murs d'enceinte de l'époque médiévale. Un joli village assurément.

It is while passing through Sillans-la-Cascade that one becomes aware of the perched character of this charming village. From the road that borders it, one can see, buried in the greenery, the ramparts, the towers and the defensive works of the medieval castle.
The village is surrounded by greenery, with the Bresque river flowing nearby. Not far away, the magnificent waterfall cascading below lends the village a touch of magic and coolness. A viewpoint has been built to admire it from its full height.
