A veritable garden of scents and a multitude of flavors, Sylvain, chef and owner of the Bello Visto restaurant in Gassin, has managed to maintain a simple expression of his talent, harmoniously utilizing the bounty of his local region. His creativity evokes emotion at the table and the shared pleasure of his guests, a moment of pure bliss, quite simply.
The menu changes with the seasons and is made up of fresh produce. Local produce often guides the composition of dishes such as rock octopus with Espelette peppers and organic spelt from Bras, potato gnocchi with truffles, rocket and parmesan, local peach roasted in the oven, the real hot soufflé with Grand Marnier and the daily specials.
Everything is homemade.
