A mountain leader and naturalist guide for over 20 years, I live in the heart of Provence, in a village nestled between the hills and the Mediterranean. A native of this region, I take great pleasure in sharing its many facets, its history, its culture, and my passion for Mediterranean nature.
I invite you to come and take the time to contemplate the landscapes and appreciate the present moment!

The guided hikes I organize throughout the year are primarily aimed at pre-formed groups, but I also offer themed outings open to everyone. Whether you're an individual (private booking) or a whole hiking club traveling by coach, I can meet your needs thanks to my experience and professional network.
From ages 7 to 77 (and beyond, really!), I adapt activities to your desires in complete safety: from leisurely strolls to challenging hikes, from nature-based activities for school groups to exploring local heritage on trails steeped in history. We will often focus on the local flora and fauna, as well as geology (my first profession) or the history and inhabitants; but also on more sensory approaches to reconnect with nature, such as listening to the sounds of the night or admiring the beauty of a starry sky.

Feel free to contact me, I will assist you in your choice of routes, whether you prefer the wide forest paths of the Massif des Maures, or the narrow coastal paths facing the Mediterranean.
Nearby, the islands of Hyères and Giens are a must-see, along with the Port-Cros and Porquerolles National Park, with which I have been a partner since 2004. We can also explore together the Caps of Saint-Tropez and their coves, or the Toulon mountains and their limestone viewpoints.
A little further afield? The Calanques, Sainte-Baume, Sainte-Victoire, Verdon, Estérel, Mercantour, and many other hidden gems of the Southern Alps, such as the Vallée des Merveilles, are all excellent destinations for hiking. I would be delighted to show them to you.
