Exhibition of sculptures by Paco Gomez at the Château de l'Emperi

Paco Gomez's new exhibition is taking place in the heart of the Château de l'Empéri. Inspired by the mineral power of the stones and the history of the space, the artist has transformed the Stables Room with a striking installation. Demonios appear in great numbers, lined up like a silent, ritualistic assembly. These horned figures evoke neither fear nor threat, but a calm, almost soothing presence. His works bear the imprint of African and tribal art, perceptible in their frontality and verticality, while the world of comics, particularly that of Moebius, nourishes a free and visionary imagination. Here, the demon is not a dark figure: it becomes ancient memory, inner strength, a protective presence.
