Randonnée facile de 5 à 6h au cœur du Massif des Maures.

Vue sur la plaine de Bormes-les-Mimosas, itinéraire balisé au cœur de la forêt du DOM, suivre le GR 90. Passage au cœur d'une forêt de chêne liège.Piste de Bargean et de Barral.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Always keep yourself informed about the weather.
During hunting season, do not stray from marked paths.
Only use the trail during permitted periods! Check the opening status of the forest areas, especially in summer. (See the Var prefecture website)
Bring plenty of water, good closed shoes and a hat.
