On this terroir of hillsides and plains, a third of which is classified as AOC Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, the vines benefit from ideal exposure combined with the beneficial effects of the mistral wind. All the red and white grape varieties of Provence are represented: Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Vermentino, Ugni blanc, ...
The vineyards produce an average of 25,000 hectolitres of wine.

Wines sold directly from the producer to the consumer. Several options available: wine on tap, bottled wine, 5 or 10 litre bag-in-box wines, sparkling wine.
