Rousset Cellar

La Cave de Rousset offers a range of wines representative of its terroirs.

The winery produces an average of 20,000 hectoliters per year in all three colors, with 80 members cultivating over 400 hectares of vineyards. The product range is very diverse, including Côtes de Provence, Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire, Cuvée Biologique, IGP Méditerranée, and Vin de France appellations. The vineyards are managed using organic, conventional, and HVE (High Environmental Value) certification methods.
Located at the foot of the Cengle ridge, below the imposing Sainte-Victoire mountain so often painted by Cézanne, the Rousseau vineyard extends to the banks of the Arc.

In this exceptional terroir, the Cave de Rousset produces its high-quality wines: the reds, from Grenache, Syrah and Carignan; the rosés come mainly from the Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault grape varieties, and the whites are made from Rolle, Ugni blanc and Clairette.
Production comprises 901.6 tons of rosé wine, 51.6 tons of white wine, and 51.6 tons of red wine. The alchemy between the terroir, the expertise of the winemakers and the winery staff, allows for the creation of subtle and high-quality wines.
