The wines
* White wine is made primarily from the Rolle grape variety, which is the aromatic grape variety of Provence.
* Rosé wine is made from Syrah, Cinsault and Grenache grapes; they are typical of the Côtes de Provence appellation.
* The red wines are vinified using traditional methods in vats. Aging in vats for 4 to 6 months refines and softens the spirited character of these wines. These wines are a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Carignan grapes and can age for 3 to 5 years.
