Barbebelle Castle

The Château Barbebelle remains one of the oldest vineyards in the region. In this beautiful, single-block estate, the tradition has been perpetuated for four generations in the same family.

A privileged wine-growing terroir, on the outskirts of Aix-en-Provence, a typical bastide several centuries old, 50 hectares of vines located within a protected and authentic nature of 300 hectares, 4 generations of winemakers, organic farming certification in 2024: welcome to Château Barbebelle!
One of the oldest wine estates in the Aix region. Father, daughter, and son-in-law work hand in hand for the best: the alliance of know-how and modernity! Accompanied by a valuable team, they take care of the vines, the winemaking, the bottling, and the marketing of their Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence and IGP Méditerranée wines, each with its own unique character.
Beyond our winemaking activities, we are delighted to bring this beautiful property to life and make it accessible to all. We host weddings and events on the estate and welcome holidaymakers to our charming seasonal accommodations.
As the great epicureans that we are, we have also created a large organic vegetable garden, a true living space in which we organize meals or workshops.
