It is in the heart of Green Provence, between the Verdon Gorges and the Mediterranean Sea, in the charming village of Cotignac, that we have chosen to indulge in our passion and perpetuate values which, for more than 25 years, have made Carpe Diem a success: respect for the land, the quality of the wines, the conviviality of the Domaine.

The vineyard is cultivated according to the principles of organic farming and certified by Ecocert. Since 2021 we have also been certified in biodynamic farming.
Today, it covers about thirty hectares in AOP Côtes de Provence, AOP Coteaux Varois en Provence and IGP Var.

It is in this favourable environment that we carefully produce white, rosé and red wines from traditional Provençal grape varieties.
They are an expression of our local heritage.

At the heart of our range are wines of pure pleasure, epicurean and generous, to be shared with tapas, a barbecue, grilled fish, family, Provençal, or even exotic cuisine.

Our gastronomic vintages (Castille, Artus and Major), featured on the menus of several starred chefs, will enhance your festive meals and accompany refined and elegant cuisine.

During the season, guided cellar tours are offered every Thursday morning at 10:30 am. The tour lasts 1 hour and is followed by a tasting. The cost is €20 per person, by reservation only (minimum 4-5 participants).
