Cancerilles Castle

At the foot of the Sainte Baume massif, the Château de Cancerilles, a wine estate, overlooks its 12-hectare vineyard protected in a green setting, classified as AOP Coteaux Varois en Provence.

The vines are cultivated with respect for nature and tradition, and with a strong focus on quality. The soil is plowed, the vines are trellised, and yields are rigorously controlled. Careful harvesting allows us to best express the richness of our terroir. White, rosé, and red wines are produced by the owners, who are independent winemakers.
