Château des Annibals is a very old vineyard, the reference to "Hannibals" dating back to 1792.
The owners, passionate about and respectful of nature, practice organic farming based on working the land with repeated plowing and without the use of herbicides, pesticides, or chemical fertilizers. Severe pruning intentionally limits yields to approximately 40 hectoliters per hectare, resulting in pronounced aromas and a wine of great finesse.
The Domaine receives several awards from the Hachette Wine Guide as well as numerous medals very regularly.
