Château des Demoiselles

A magnificent 300-hectare terroir, verdant and wooded, located in the Esclans valley, near the Pennafort Gorges, 30 minutes from St-Tropez and Cannes. The vineyard can be explored on foot, by bicycle, or through wine tastings.

The magnificent 300-hectare wine estate, including 72 hectares of vineyards in the Côtes de Provence AOP, the Château des Demoiselles is located in the Var hinterland, in the Esclans valley.

The estate's portfolio comprises two collections of organic wines: Château des Demoiselles and Charme des Demoiselles. Expressive, elegant, and refined, these wines appeal to all palates.

The Château des Demoiselles is a must-visit destination for those wishing to immerse themselves in the heart of Provence and discover its secrets. This sublime 1830 bastide, nestled in the shade of century-old plane trees, is a welcoming guesthouse with six bedrooms, each decorated in a Provençal bohemian style. With its verdant garden and swimming pool, the estate cultivates a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere.

The Château des Demoiselles promotes sustainable wine tourism. A rich program of events (live concerts, parties, charity runs, etc.) and outdoor activities (hiking, electric mountain biking, exploring the hinterland by e-scooter, etc.) punctuate life at Château. Every summer, the Mézé des Demoiselles offers delicious cuisine prepared on-site by the Chef using local products (open from May to October).

Since April 2021, the estate has held the Vignerons Engagés label, the first CSR label in the wine industry, and is ISO 26000 certified at the "confirmed" level by AFNOR. After a three-year conversion period, the estate has been certified organic since August 2022. Cultivation practices and winemaking methods are officially recognized as organic and comply with European standards. The first "Organic Farming" wines from Château des Demoiselles were released with the 2022 vintage.
