The family motto testifies to this: "Nature is our guide."«
For three centuries, the lands of this former Cistercian monastery have been dedicated to vines, much to the delight of the Valentin family, who have run the estate since 1898.
The avenue of three-hundred-year-old plane trees lining the road leading to the main house speaks volumes about the history of this place. At the end of this majestic avenue stands the Provençal bastide, a testament to centuries past. The Valentin family has managed the estate for five generations. A pride that the two sisters, Stéphanie and Karine, worthy representatives of the Château des Garcinières, a true Provençal gem, make no secret of. Immersed in winemaking from their earliest childhood by their father, Louis Valentin, it was difficult for them to imagine any other life. Indeed, it is not just a profession, but truly a way of life. Modern winemaking techniques—night harvesting, a new winery, and new winemaking equipment—allow for the production of rosé, red, and white wines of exceptional finesse. The technology is there, but above all, the team wishes to work with the utmost respect for nature. Here, the focus is on round, rich, balanced wines, in line with the wishes of Stéphanie and Karine, accompanied by Richard, the cellar master.
The Château des Garcinières opens its doors to you all year round, and offers you many activities including wine sales and tastings, pop-up events, and rental of a reception hall.
