In a naturally favorable location, 77 vineyard plots are scattered across a vast 500-hectare estate on the mountainside. They form small terraces here and there facing the Sainte-Victoire mountain.
Vines have been cultivated there for centuries. Patiently, in harmony with nature and the surrounding woods, man walks the paths to cultivate the vines where they give him the best grapes.
The terroir is that of the new Sainte Victoire appellation, an ecosystem naturally favorable to vines since Roman times. Château Grand Boise is the highest estate within this appellation, with vineyards situated between 300 and 640 meters. The combination of altitude and ample sunshine results in wines of remarkable freshness and balance.
No chemical fertilizers or weed killers are used.
