The Château Lafoux vineyard extends over the Jurassic clay-limestone folds and benefits from a cold microclimate contributing to the typicity and finesse of our wines.
The 26 hectares of vineyards, classified as AOP, are nestled within a forest of ancient oak trees crisscrossed by paths still bearing the imprint of the Via Aurelia dating back to the Gallo-Roman era. We cultivate a wide range of grape varieties: Grenache and Cinsault for rosés; Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon for reds; Rolle, Ugni Blanc, and Clairette for whites.
