A family estate since 1848. The 80 hectares of Côtes de Provence AOP vineyards, planted on hillsides, are nestled in a protected natural setting in the heart of the Maures mountains. The Gualtieri family invites you to come and taste their wines at their cellar door.
It is rare to find families where the culture of wine and the love of the land are passed down from generation to generation with the same fervor and an undiminished appreciation for a job well done. Since 1848, and after eight generations of winemakers, Aurore, Diane, and Marion, the three daughters of Geneviève and Patrick Gualtieri, have kept the Château Pas du Cerf alive with sincerity and authenticity.
Nestled in the heart of unspoiled nature and preserved biodiversity, the 80 hectares of Côtes de Provence AOP vineyards enjoy a remarkable location. Located within a 700-hectare forest, the estate is farmed organically and certified High Environmental Value (HVE) level 3.
Two reception rooms are available for your private or professional events.
The estate also offers several wine tourism activities:
• Four educational trails in the forest are available: on foot, to be explored independently between vineyards and hills
• Treasure Hunt: A fun and immersive adventure, full of puzzles and surprises (2 different levels)
• Audio-guided tour: listen to the history of our estate amidst the vineyards and gardens.
• Cellar tour: discover the secrets of our winemaking through an unusual tour of our cellars.
• Co-winemaker workshop: Co-winemaker is an organization that offers vineyard sponsorship vouchers, allowing participation in 3 wine-related workshops. A friendly and original opportunity for exchange!
The GUALTIERI family invites you to come and taste their wines in the cellar.
