Château Saint-Roux

A historic farm whose origins date back to the 15th century, Château Saint-Roux is located in Cannet-des-Maures in Provence and brings together a team of enthusiasts around common values.

Our wine tasting cellar in Provence is first and foremost a showcase for our local products, those grown and processed here. You can taste the estate's Provençal wines, stock up on cheeses from the Lorgues cheese dairy, and purchase other local products.

Our mini-farm and its activities offer a day of fun and educational experiences for all ages. Get a closer look at the farm animals and participate in our learning workshops.

Located in the heart of the estate, the Château Saint-Roux bakery showcases the full expertise of its head baker. Behind the wood-fired oven, a unique installation in the region, the baker works with living ingredients, highlighting the flavor of artisanal bread that is as delicious as it is beautiful. His secret? A sourdough starter made from grapes grown on the estate.

Attention all enthusiasts:
It is possible to discover the techniques of traditional baking with the "make your own baguette" workshop.
Come and meet our baker who will share his expertise with you: after some theoretical explanations, it's time for practice.
You will make your own baguettes which you will bake in our traditional wood-fired oven.
