Château Yssole

    About

    Château Yssole is an 18-hectare vineyard located in the heart of the Var region. The wines are crafted individually, reflecting the unique character of their terroir. These Provençal wines are vinified in the Burgundian style by Paul Aegerter.

    A fruity getaway and an invitation to share, that's the promise of the Chabaud vintage.
    Signore IGP Var: white wine with a straw yellow color and green highlights giving it a sparkling look, to be enjoyed with grilled fish and prawns, lamb chops with herbs of Provence and goat cheeses.
