Passion, flavor, terroir: 3 words that have never ceased to inhabit the winegrowers of Grimaud since that day in January 1932 when, under the guidance of eight committed and determined men, the Grimaud Wine Cooperative Cellar was born.

The desire to progress, adapt, and innovate has driven the generations of winegrowers who have worked at the winery. Eight decades later, the determination and ability of these men to envision the future have made this winery one of the most important in the Var region. 250 members, spread across 950 hectares in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, produce approximately 50,000 hectoliters per year.
Our iconic vintages will allow you to discover, through their Côtes de Provence PDO, the uniqueness of our terroir, the flavors, colors and aromas of Provence.

Le Pont des Fées: inspired by this Grimaudois heritage from the 16th and 17th centuries, which embodies the very best of the winemaker's art. Gold medal at the Mâcon Competition in 2023 for the rosé and bronze medal at the 2023 Paris Agricultural Show for the red.

Le Marquis des Vallats: a distinctive cuvée named after a former estate in our region, which will delight you throughout your meals. Silver medal at the 2023 Paris Agricultural Show for the rosé. Silver medal at the 2023 Provence Wine Competition for the red.

The Clock Tower: an exceptional vintage available in three colors.

Les Aumarets: made from a selection of our best Grenache, Syrah, and Rolle plots, brought to their optimal ripeness. A gastronomic wine. Silver medalist at the Mondial du Rosé.
