In Correns, the first organic village in France, Domaine Aspras is a family property cultivated using organic farming methods since 1995.
The Latz family has owned it since 1960 and shapes these lands with exacting standards, passion and respect for the environment.
Our wines, in AOC Côtes de Provence and IGP, reflect the freshness and elegance of our terroir, and pay homage to the village, the estate and those who built it.
Domaine Aspras is first and foremost a place for sharing.
A bright cellar open all year round, a terrace facing the vineyards to share a convivial moment, guided tastings to discover wine in a different way, as well as a selection of organic products and local artisans.
