Domaine Bastide de Fave

The Fave estate vineyard extends over nearly 14 hectares, divided into 3 plots, around the Bastide de Fave and above the chapel of the Notre-Dame Priory and in the commune of Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume.

Our white, red and rosé wines authentically express our passion, the richness of our soils and the contrasting character of our climate.

Through our experience and expertise, we explore the different facets of our terroirs to highlight them and offer each year a unique work, an invitation to sharing and conviviality.

There's more to Domaine Bastide de Fave than just wine. Olives also play a significant role.
The olive grove covers just over one hectare and features typical Provençal varieties, primarily Aglandau and Bouteillan. Harvested by hand in November, as the olives change color, this results in an oil that is both balanced and complex, very fruity and full of character.
