""Located near the beaches of Saint-Tropez, the Château Saint-Marc, owner and grower, produces red, rosé and white wines that have been awarded numerous distinctions and medals. 8 hectares of vines all within the Côtes de Provence Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée, an area conducive to achieving maximum quality.
The grape varieties are 45% of Syrah, 20% of Grenache, 15% of Cabernet-Sauvignon, 10% of Cinsault and 10% of Rolle.
The wines:
* Domini Grande Réserve Rosé: a beautiful, crystalline, and luminous pale pink color; a lovely balance for this wine with a pleasant freshness. Enjoy now and for up to one year.
* Rosé Cuvée Epicure: a beautiful, luminous, crystalline pink color; an intense and inviting nose dominated by small red fruits such as wild strawberry and raspberry. The palate is full and displays magnificent aromatic intensity. A pleasant finish with lovely notes of red fruit. Enjoy now and for up to one year.
* Domini Grande Réserve Red: beautiful ruby color with some purple highlights. Powerful nose developing aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry. A toasty note adds a graceful aromatic complexity.
This wine has a good structure with powerful tannins. A pleasant finish with notes of spice and fruit in brandy. Enjoy now or within the next 3-4 years.
* Red Cuvée Epicure: beautiful ruby color, intense initial aromas of black fruit. Notes of cherry and spice are also present. The palate is full and structured, bursting with fruit, and the finish is pleasant, with notes of spice and ripe fruit. Enjoy now or within the next 3-4 years.
* Domini Grande Réserve White: a beautiful yellow color with golden highlights, a distinguished nose of exotic fruits (pineapple) and toasty notes. The nose suggests a powerful wine. The palate is perfectly balanced with integrated oak and a lovely fullness. A long finish with toasty notes and dried fruit such as apricot. Enjoy now, and for the next 3-4 years."
