Nestled on the hillsides of Carcès, the estate benefits from exceptional terroirs. The cellar welcomes you for a tasting of its Côtes de Provence AOP and Var Argens IGP wines, and also offers its olive oil for sale.
Since its creation in 2003, the development of Clos Gautier, this magnificent wine estate in the heart of green Provence, has quickly been widely rewarded by a series of medals which testify to the seriousness of the winemaking and the desire to preserve ancestral methods.
Since July 2011, Gilles Pedini has owned Domaine Clos Gautier. A native of Nice for over ten generations, a lover of Provence and passionate about its vineyards, he took over the estate to continue this wonderful adventure. He relies on Paul Zussini, Production Director, to achieve a new level of quality.

De plus, le Domaine Clos Gautier s'est également vu récompensé de ses démarches envers l'environnement, perpétrées depuis plusieurs années, avec l'obtention en 2020 de la certification HVE3 et le passage à l'énergie renouvelable (100 % de l'électricité consommée provient d'énergies renouvelables).
The Domaine then moved, since 2021, towards a conversion process towards organic farming, in order to finally obtain organic certification (AB) from the 2024 vintage.
