Clos Gautier Estate

Since its creation in 2003, the development of Clos Gautier, this magnificent wine estate in the heart of green Provence, has quickly been widely rewarded by a series of medals which testify to the seriousness of the winemaking and the desire to preserve ancestral methods.

Since July 2011, Gilles Pedini has owned Domaine Clos Gautier. A native of Nice for over ten generations, a lover of Provence and passionate about its vineyards, he took over the estate to continue this wonderful adventure. He relies on Paul Zussini, Production Director, to achieve a new level of quality.

In addition, Domaine Clos Gautier has also been rewarded for its efforts towards the environment, carried out for several years, with the obtaining in 2020 of the HVE3 certification and the switch to renewable energy (100 % of the electricity consumed comes from renewable energies).

The Domaine then moved, since 2021, towards a conversion process towards organic farming, in order to finally obtain organic certification (AB) from the 2024 vintage.
