The couple has successfully transformed Jacourette into an estate where a balance between traditional production and innovation is maintained. To everyone's delight.
Introduction to vine pruning in season and wine tasting. Wine bar in June and July.

Keen to respect tradition, with the production of typical Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire AOC wines, rosé or red, Frédéric and Hélène also have a strong desire for innovation, with the production of a sweet Muscat white wine or a Pinot Noir red.
