Domaine de la Fouquette

This estate, committed to organic farming, has been a family property for 3 generations. 16 hectares located on the foothills of the Massif des Maures (northern slope) on acidic clay-schist soil which benefit from remarkable sunshine.

Isabelle and Jean-Pierre Daziano's wines offer a delightful celebration of the intense aromas of the grapes. Pleasure is guaranteed. This is thanks to the land, of course, but also to the passion and tenacity of its owners.

WINES
The wines produced are powerful and marked by citrus notes for the whites and rosés. The red wines are round and fruity.

* Rosé Cuvée Rosée d'Aurore Côtes de Provence
Light, clear lychee-colored robe, fruity and intense nose, fresh attack on the palate evolving into pleasant complex aromas of mandarin and forest fruits.

* Rosée Cuvée Pierres de Moulins Côtes de Provence Notre Dame des Anges
A pretty light peach-pink color, a nose with aromas of exotic fruits and pink grapefruit, explosive and fresh on the palate.
Awards 2025: 1* Hachette guide 2025 and 2026, gold medal at the independent winemakers competition.

* White Cuvée Brin de Mimosa Côtes de Provence
100% Rolle, this white wine is fine, elegant, aromatic, and rare. Its pale green color is clear, with an intense nose of white fruit aromas, a lively attack on the palate followed by notes of citrus and vanilla. A beautiful finish.

Intense, aromas of spices and licorice.

* Red wine, Bonne Chère vintage, Côtes de Provence Notre Dame des Anges
50% Syrah, 25% Grenache, 25% Carignan, garnet with purple reflections, intense nose, aromas of spices, of licorice, powerful and generous, pleasant tannins.
