An immersion in Nature, History and Commitment
WELCOMING GIANTS: NATURE AND AGROFORESTRY
Upon arrival, be awestruck by the majesty of our three 300-year-old plane trees, classified as "Remarkable Trees of France." They are the guardians of our commitment to agroforestry, where trees and vines coexist to protect biodiversity. Beneath their benevolent shade and to the murmur of our natural spring fed by the Sainte-Baume mountain, you enter a preserved haven of greenery, cultivated with passion using organic farming methods and certified HVE (High Environmental Value).
A JOURNEY TO THE HEART OF HISTORY (5th - 11th century)
The journey continues beneath the sacred vaults of the Notre-Dame-de-la-Gayolle Chapel, a listed historical monument. Built upon ancient foundations, it once housed the famous Syagria sarcophagus (5th century), one of the oldest early Christian treasures in the world. Exploring this thousand-year-old site, you walk in the footsteps of Provence's first builders, among ancient columns and fragments of Gallo-Roman history.
THE ART OF THE VINE: FROM THE WINERY TO THE TASTING
To conclude this experience, step inside our cellar and barrel room. There, you'll discover the secrets of crafting our organic wines. The visit ends with a guided tasting of our traditional and prestige cuvées (such as the Syagria cuvée), where the minerality of the terroir meets the aromatic complexity of a family tradition dating back to 1855.
