Domaine de l'Amaurigue

Covering 50 hectares of vineyards, the site offers breathtaking views of the vines and allows visitors to admire the Provençal terraces dotted with olive trees.
The estate has belonged to the DE GROOT family since 1998.
Its geographical location allows for cool nights, ensuring optimal ripening of the grape varieties. The rolling terrain of the property and its exceptionally high-quality clay-limestone soils allow for the full aromatic expression of its Provençal grape varieties: Grenache, Cinsault and Carrignan for the rosés; Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon for the reds; and Rolle and Ugni Blanc for the whites.

Sustainable farming HVE
The vines are cultivated with respect for our environment, using sustainable methods and adhering to the strict standards of the "High Environmental Value" (HVE) certification. The main pillars of this farming practice are biodiversity conservation, crop protection, fertilizer management, and water management. Cover crops are sown on 1001 TP3T of the plots.
