Currently, Yves and Éric Normand, who also practice medicine, have understood that the trend is moving towards increasingly informed consumers who much prefer quality to quantity.

They cultivate their vineyard using sustainable farming practices, with love and exacting standards, to ensure it yields its very best: wines of great finesse, elegant and aromatic. They produce all three colors in the AOP appellations and rosé and red wines in the Var regional wine appellation.
