Thermiques Estate

At Domaine des Thermes, wine is a family affair. It brings together Michel and Annie, the parents, and Olivier and Sylvain, their children. These two generations combine their efforts and experience to fully satisfy their customers.

Dominating the Maures plain, the Domaine has an exceptional geographical location.
The discovery of remains, a necropolis and Roman baths dating back to 200 AD, gave the Domaine des Thermes its name.

The estate now comprises around forty hectares of vines, fifteen of which are on hillsides. Two-thirds of the property is classified as AOC Côtes de Provence. The vineyard is primarily planted with the great Provençal grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, and Rolle. These are planted in shallow, stony, clay-limestone soil.

THE CELLAR
This is Annie's kingdom. She has turned it into a gourmet territory! In addition to the house wines available at "cellar prices" by the bottle and, in part, in BIB, there are artisanal products (pottery, olive wood tableware...) and a fine selection of local products: terrines, tapenade, honey, jams... As a bonus: the discovery of archaeological remains that fill the display cases of the museum space.
