Domaine du Deffends

Domaine du Deffends is a small family estate of 15 hectares, farmed organically, run by a team of passionate people, where they strive to enhance the privileges of the soil and climate through a rigorous quality policy.

In the summer, we host Pink Nights every Friday evening with live music and light refreshments. On Thursday evenings, we offer dinners under the stars and concerts/tastings. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for updates.

The work of the estate thus offers the enthusiast the security of a product that goes directly from the cellar to the table, protected from handling and alterations.
The Domaine du Deffends is located on the foothills of the Monts Aurélien, on the edge of the Roman road of the same name.

Bike Welcome, services for cyclists:
The property is located 3 km from the "Circuit 2 - The Castles of Western Haut Var" and "Circuit 3 - La Sainte-Baume" cycling routes. Other unmarked recreational loops are also located nearby. The property is part of a wine tourism circuit offered by the Roue Libre rental company in Saint-Maximin. Access by electric bike is recommended (steep path, potholes). The property offers parking with 3 bike racks, picnic tables, a repair kit, charging points for electric bikes, and free Wi-Fi.
