The cultivation of vines and olive trees has been the region's main agricultural activity for millennia. For five generations, we have cultivated approximately 30 hectares of vines and 4 hectares of olive trees on our family estate, spread across these two areas. Our wines have won numerous awards in regional and national competitions. They are also regularly featured in renowned wine guides such as the Hachette Guide and the Fleurus Guide. Mas Bleu also produces marc brandy, distilled on the property in an early 20th-century copper still. Finally, our Val des Vignes olive oil adds a gastronomic touch to our already diverse range of products.
In 2012, Mas Bleu expanded into wine tourism with the opening of a bed and breakfast (in Velaux, near the Roquefavour Aqueduct): Le Val des Vignes in Velaux, an integral part of Mas Bleu, offers a natural green setting: Provençal garrigue, cicadas, a large vineyard, and surrounding tranquility. It is an ideal location that will appeal to countryside lovers, bed and breakfast enthusiasts, and of course, wine and olive oil aficionados. Le Val des Vignes also offers walking trails through vineyards and olive groves. There, you can discover nature and flora in their purest form, with the enchanting scents of thyme and rosemary.
