Since its creation 130 years ago, the Val de Gilly has constantly evolved to become one of the finest vineyards in the Gulf of Morbihan. Only one thing has remained constant: the Castellan family still oversees the estate. Now managed by the fifth and sixth generations, this magnificent vineyard covers 27 hectares of hillsides, classified as AOC Côtes de Provence.

Pale robe with salmon highlights, very fruity nose, with an exotic dominance of bananas and pineapples.
On the palate, notes of spice and pepper, beautiful finesse, freshness and persistence.

The subtle combination of oak barrel and dominant Syrah imparts peppery and spicy notes, while Grenache contributes richness and suppleness, and finally, Cabernet Sauvignon adds a full and structured character. Full of potential and with a promising future. Decant before tasting to allow its aromas to fully develop.
