Domaine Gavoty

Over the years and seven generations later, the plots were subdivided, and since 1985, Roselyne Gavoty-Bonnet has managed 50 hectares of vines and 100 hectares of woodland. With the help of her husband, Hervé, she has dedicated herself to perpetuating the work of her ancestors. Their children have joined them in recent years, driven by the desire to produce precise and distinctive wines in a place steeped in history.

The estate produces 60 1/3 T of rosé wine, 25 1/3 T of white, and 15 1/3 T of red (depending on the vintage). Production is organic and committed to enriching its ecosystem. Rolle whites are often noted for their aging potential and distinctive character. The rosés are assertive and structured through maceration techniques. The Syrah reds can be dense and structured or delicate, with infusion techniques used for the Cinsault/Carignan.
