Winegrowers from father to son, the Monges family has been cultivating vines for 4 generations.
In 2020, Gérard and his son Paul embarked on the wonderful project of setting up their own private cellar to produce their own wines in AOP Côtes de Provence and Côtes de Provence Ste Victoire.
It was in 2022, at the foot of the Sainte Victoire mountain, that the Jas Monges estate was established. After its first winemaking in the autumn of 2022, the estate now has a tasting room where you can sample 3 rosés, 2 reds and 1 white.
