Domaine La Rose des Vents

After a period of uprooting vines in favor of Cinsault, Grenache and Carignan, the estate turned to quality grape varieties such as Syrah, Rolle and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Located on this ventilated plateau in the Centre Var region, where high temperatures combine their benefits with those of the sea air, the vines have the privilege of being bathed in a healthy environment.

The environment obviously influences the health and ripening of the fruit. Furthermore, the microclimate favors organic farming practices (Ecocert certified) – involving trellising, earthing up the vines, and the time dedicated to vineyard tasks such as working the soil without herbicides, using only sulfur and copper, employing organic fertilizers, and trellising.
