About
The Garrassin family acquired the St Julien estate twenty years ago. Since then, they have continuously invested in, built, renovated, and restructured the estate.
30 hectares have been replanted, the majority of which are under the AOC Coteaux Varois en Provence appellation. The winery has been rebuilt, housing stainless steel tanks and high-performance winemaking equipment. A very old section, a vaulted stone cellar, partially underground, houses the aging cellar: oak barrels from the Allier region, regularly renewed. .
