Voilà vingt ans que la famille Garrassin a racheté le domaine St Julien. Depuis cette date, ils n'ont cessé d'investir, construire, rénover, restructurer ce domaine.
30 hectares have been replanted, the majority of which are under the AOC Coteaux Varois en Provence appellation. The winery has been rebuilt, housing stainless steel tanks and high-performance winemaking equipment. A very old section, a vaulted stone cellar, partially underground, houses the aging cellar: oak barrels from the Allier region, regularly renewed. .
