Domaine Saint-Pancrace

At the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain range, the Saint Pancrace estate extends around the Saint-Pancrace chapel built in 1045 on the site of an ancient Roman villa.

The great diversity of soils promotes biodiversity, allowing him to cultivate crops in a way that respects living things: building nesting boxes, planting fruit hedges and bee-friendly meadows, preserving the riparian forest.

The estate also produces its own olive oil.
