Domaine Valette

Domaine Valette has been owned by the Vivet family for seven decades.
Michel, with his BEPA in viticulture/oenology in hand, succeeds his parents at the head of the Domaine.

Ambitious, the young man wanted to produce wines of consistent quality year after year to build customer loyalty. He began by investing in a cellar, setting it up in what had been a former stable. He also tended the vineyard with care. All done gently…
Cultivated in a traditional manner, with plowing on the row, weeding at the base, and treatments reduced to their strict minimum, the vineyard is classified as AOC Côtes de Provence.

WINES
* Cuvée Hautes Restanques Rosé - AOC Côtes de Provence.
Very pale robe with a beautiful sheen, expressive nose of peach, violet, orange blossom followed by exotic notes of pineapple and guava. Full, luscious and delicate palate finishing with aromas of vineyard peach and blackcurrant.
