Val d'Iris Winery

About

In this sunny valley in the heart of the Seillans plain, Domaine Val d'Iris crafts luminous, structured Côtes de Provence wines, marked by a vibrant terroir. The estate welcomes you for tastings from Monday to Saturday.

Nestled in a valley in the plain of Seillans (83440), in the heart of the canton of Fayence, the Domaine Val d'Iris produces wines in AOP Côtes de Provence, IGP du Var and Vin de France from its own harvest.
For 25 years, owner Anne Silberzahn has been developing a small, human-scale vineyard on the slopes of the valley. This high-quality terroir allows her to create luscious rosés, elegant whites, and deep, distinctive reds.
For the past ten years, cellar master Ludovic Vilcoq has supervised production and maintained the vineyard, assisted by Thomas Comito, versatile and essential at all stages of the estate.
These three enthusiasts work hand in hand to bring the Val d'Iris to life. Their credo: to cultivate a passion for wine and life, to express the identity of the terroir, to respect biodiversity and to meet the expectations of their customers.
The estate welcomes you every day except Sunday, from 11 am to 5 pm, to taste its wines and stock your cellar. The vineyard is also certified as a "Accueil Vélo" (Cyclist Welcome) site, ensuring a pleasant and bike-friendly experience.
