The Cellar of Eguilles

The Cellier d'Eguilles, founded in 1923 by winegrowers under the presidency of Lucien Fauchier,
Le Cellier d'Eguilles is located in the very heart of this Provençal village which benefits from exceptional sunshine.

Today, more than 40 cooperative members produce, on more than 260 hectares, wines in the aop coteaux d'aix-en-provence and igp pays des bouches-du-rhône designations.
These wines, grown and cared for in our cellars with special attention, are regularly awarded.

On calcareous and stony soil, the vines are cultivated using sustainable agriculture (an increasing part of which is certified High Environmental Value), or organic farming.
The Mediterranean climate, both very sunny and windy, allows them to flourish on a diversity of terroirs, whether they are plains or hillsides.

For more than 20 years, our winegrowers have made regular efforts to improve their vineyards, adapt the grape varieties to the evolution of demand and produce quality wines.
It is now part of an environmental approach with rigorous specifications. It promotes sustainable agriculture that respects water sources, the landscape, and the preservation of hedgerows for biodiversity.
