About
- Pets allowed, On-site sales, Shop
Located in the heart of Provence, the terroir is mainly clay-limestone and stony, and the dry and sunny climate brings a balance to the vines, whose wines are aromatic, fruity, fresh and typical of our region.
Indigenous grape varieties are favored: Grenache and Cinsault for rosés, Syrah and Cabernet for reds, and Rolle for whites. This diversity of grape varieties allows for complex blending of the wines, each contributing its own distinctive aromas.
Founded in 1925, the Caves de l'Amiral now bring together 40 cooperative winegrowers from Entrecasteaux.
