Our Wines
For more than 15 years, we have been committed to cultivating a balanced vineyard on the Saint Hilaire estate, a true laboratory for varied and demanding grape varieties: grenache, syrah, cinsault and carignan, characteristic of Provence; but also rolle, clairette and cabernet-sauvignon, more atypical.
We are committed to adapting a grape variety to each plot, to each terroir, across our 150 hectares of vines. And while the average age of the vineyard is around twenty years, our oldest vines – some Cabernet Sauvignons – were planted in 1967-68!
The result is a range of highly distinctive reds and whites: far removed from the rigid tasting criteria of competitions, these are exciting wines to discover, allowing enthusiasts to experience the intense emotions of the ultimate expression of a terroir. Wines that tell the story of the Saint Hilaire region.
The same is true of our rosé wines, which tell the story of Provence in all the richness and diversity of its aromas.

Bathed in natural light, the hall opens onto a large tiled terrace, perfect for coffee breaks or dance parties, as well as a spacious 300m² esplanade, ideal for cocktails, meals, or setting up a small marquee. Adjacent to Vertimento, the Alicante room can be combined with it or used independently thanks to its own separate exterior access via a lovely terrace overlooking the fields and gardens. Price upon request
This is the perfect workspace! It's ideal for focused work and meetings, and is equipped with a video projector. Located on the ground floor, it's accessed via the garden, a perfect setting for coffee breaks, cocktails, and al fresco lunches. Price upon request.
