The Winegrowers of Castellas

The cooperative winery brings together around sixty owners who work to produce quality wine. The vineyard comprises almost 300 hectares of vines scattered around the village of La Fare les Oliviers.

The winery primarily produces rosé, as it possesses the necessary qualities to produce high-quality rosés under the IGP and AOP designations. Traditional and modern methods coexist in our cellars, allowing our cellar master to create exceptional wines.

The cellar also offers some local products, olive oil, tapenade, jam and gift ideas for various occasions.
