The Côtes de Provence Wine House was created under the auspices of the Appellation's winemakers to help you discover the full diversity of their wines in a unique space. The Côtes de Provence Wine House wine shop is a one-stop shop for: - DISCOVERING AND BUYING wines: the wine shop features 800 different wines, all from the Côtes de Provence Appellation. - TAKING FREE WINES SELECTED WEEKLY BY OUR SOMMELIERS - LEARNING ABOUT WINE: the tasting center offers various introductory wine tasting programs and activities for groups or individuals. - WELCOME, ACTIVITIES, AND PERSONALIZED ADVICE Wine Tasting Course: €55 for 3 hours, every second Saturday of the month: You will thoroughly practice the sensory analysis of wines through visual, olfactory, and gustatory tests, respecting the different phases of tasting. You will learn to recognize the components of wine (organoleptic characteristics), the related vocabulary, the different grape varieties and their typicity, the principles of winemaking, storage, serving, and finally, food and wine pairings. Tasting of 6 wines to support the demonstration. Gourmet Wine Tasting Course: Enjoy a gastronomic experience centered around food and Côtes de Provence wine pairings. Enjoy seasonal dishes prepared by a local chef in a convivial atmosphere. Learn the secrets to choosing the perfect wine to enhance your meal. By reservation, every third Saturday of the month, the Maison des Vins Côtes de Provence offers a themed food and wine pairing event. RECEPTIONS / SEMINARS In an idyllic and tranquil setting, La Maison des Vins welcomes your meetings, seminars, and other corporate events throughout the year. Ideally located 45 minutes from Nice, 1 hour from Marseille, and 10 minutes from the A8 motorway, La Maison des Vins features three meeting rooms renovated in a modern and luxurious style. The team is available to create a customized package for you: reception, coffee, wine tourism activities, and catering services.
