Aménagé dans un ancien moulin à huile, la villa compte 6 chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain et ses sanitaires privés.

Répartis sur 3 niveaux, les nombreux espaces de vie se prêtent à toutes les retrouvailles, que ce soit dans la grande pièce à vivre, autour de l'immense table de la salle à manger avec sa cuisine toute équipée ou encore sur la terrasse avec ses tables en pierre façon meule.
Le logement dispose aussi d'une cuisine d'été, d'une piscine privée et d'un parking.
