The City of Salon-de-Provence is bringing together local producers for the first annual Tomato Festival. Round, oblong, cluster, heirloom, beefsteak, or cherry tomatoes—their flavors are as varied as their recipes. This event offers the chance to discover all these varieties, as well as all the products that accompany them: olive oil, cheeses, and aromatic herbs. A festival that truly captures the essence of summer!
