The Saturday morning farmers' market

From producer to consumer…
The farmers' market takes place every Saturday morning in the Place du Monument aux Morts.
Composed solely of local producers, this market prioritizes direct contact between producer and consumer.

Producers of seasonal fruits and vegetables:
- Céline and Frédéric Pellet
- Aimé Reyne
- Domaine de Cabanes - Frédéric Boyer (organic farming)

Fruit producer:
- Christiane Salen: in season cherries, peaches, grapes, apples, compotes and fruit juices

Almond and nut producers
- Ribbe Estate: in season

Perennial and aromatic plants:
- Ombre et Lumière Nursery (April - October) - Sandra Bertolotto
- La Belle Verte Nursery (April - June) - Dorothée Pin

Organic meat producer:
- Alazard Chrislaine, Silvacane organic farm (pork, lamb, eggs and poultry)

Producer of sheep's milk yogurt:
- Arjoud Mohamed

Truffle Producer:
- Trufficulture 13 Association (black truffles from November 15th to March 31st; white truffles from May 1st to September 30th; availability depends on harvest)

ON GENERAL DE GAULLE SQUARE:
- Mr. Michel Cavanes, fishmonger, EVERY FRIDAY MORNING
- Mr. Gregory Bernal, oyster farmer from the Thau lagoon, EVERY SATURDAY MORNING
