Nestled in the heart of the terraced vineyards of Domaine de la Font des Pères, its restaurant, La Ferme Auberge, overlooks the valley and offers breathtaking views of the Sainte Baume mountain range. The rustic-chic décor provides a true sensory delight for epicureans who come to savor wines paired with delicious dishes prepared by the chef using high-quality gourmet ingredients. Its beautiful terrace offers a secluded spot to enjoy the sunset in the summer.

The kitchen is helmed by Chef Raphaël Linossier, who draws inspiration from the estate's vegetable garden to create sophisticated, seasonal cuisine. In the summer, the Bistrot opens its terrace, serving homemade sweet and savory tapas. Creativity and locally sourced ingredients are the cornerstones of his inspired cooking.

The wine list naturally gives pride of place to the Domaine's production with wines in the Bandol, Côtes de Provence and IGP Mont-Caume appellations, in organic farming.


RAPHAEL LINOSSIER, THE CHEF

For the past ten years, Raphaël's career has been intertwined with that of Jérémy Czaplicki, the Michelin-starred chef of L'Île-Rousse in Bandol, whom he followed from the Park Hyatt Place Vendôme to Château in Bern. The Michelin star awarded to him crowned his journey as sous-chef, and he now wishes to pursue his passion on his own.

As a visitor, Chef Linossier had the opportunity to explore the estate, its wines, and its products at La Font des Pères. He was quickly captivated by the place, its views, and its history, as well as by the kitchen garden, which has become his playground. He works closely with our market gardener to select varieties that will delight your senses.
