Clos des Roses offers a relaxing setting and exceptional cuisine in the heart of the Provençal vineyards. Chef Fabien Pasquale invites you to discover his Mediterranean recipes prepared with fresh produce from the vineyard's own garden.
Keen to offer his guests choice dishes, he offers a varied range of suggestions and regularly updates his menu with recipes that combine creativity and local produce.
The dining room, recently renovated in contemporary tones with clean lines, is both spacious and intimate. You'll appreciate the warm ambiance of the open kitchens, offering a glimpse of the Chef and his team at work.
During the warmer months, the large terrace bordering the vineyards is ideal for enjoying lunch outdoors; in winter, enjoy the gentle warmth of the stone fireplace in the living room.
